Fidel has long been the primary proofreader at Erika’s Editing. He’s a trained editor in the journalism tradition and a New York State certified interpreter in Spanish, French, and Haitian Kreyòl. Fidel earned his master’s degree from New York University in communications, and he has held staff-editor or contributing-editor positions at news outlets such as the Amsterdam News (under the previous management), the Haiti Observateur, and the Caribbean News Network. |
